KITCHEN TABLE ONE TO ONE TUTORING
As an A- level Biology and GCSE Science teacher with over 10 years in secondary schools, I am well equipped to help my students excel and achieve their best possible grades. I have had experience giving one to one support to a range of abilities and different syllabuses.
I tailor my lessons to the strengths and weaknesses of my students, assessing their knowledge and ability, and adapting to their different learning styles. I believe that at all levels, learning should be interactive, creative and fun.
In the first session the student and I will identify particular topics or skills that we will focus on, and then use these to sign post the next few sessions. We will review knowledge, clear up any misconceptions, and use past exam papers to assess understanding and learn how to effectively interpret exam questions.

Pricing- 55 minute sessions:-
GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics- £30
A-level Biology- £35
10% Discount for a bundle of 10 sessions
Small group sessions also available at a discount per student.
Summary of terms & conditions- Lesson fees are paid monthly in advance by bank transfer or standing order. I require 48 hours' notice of cancellation (to allow me to offer the slot to someone else), otherwise the lesson is chargeable in full. Frequent cancellations may result in your slot being offered to someone else. Of course, if I have to a cancel a lesson then I will either reschedule to a mutually convenient time or not charge for the cancelled.
